Research On The Design Of Intelligent Products For Cognitive Training Of The Elderly With Dementia Based On The Background Of Smart Aged Care

In the process of population aging in the world,the phenomenon of population aging in China is particularly prominent.With the development of aging population,the elderly care for the mentally retarded has become a social problem.To a certain extent,cognitive training can alleviate the development of the course of dementia,enhance the self-care ability of the elderly and reduce the pressure of elderly care.The purpose of this study is to design a product with cognitive training as the main function through the research of intelligent pension,homebased pension,cognitive training products and so on.It can meet the cognitive training and improve the self-care ability of the elderly,so as to improve their daily life ability.First of all,from the definition of the elderly with dementia and cognitive evaluation methods,the non drug treatment methods of dementia,cognitive training methods and their own physiological and psychological characteristics were analyzed.Through the analysis and summary,it can provide a theoretical basis for the following design strategy.Next,carry out offline quantitative and qualitative research and analysis,conduct relevant research on medical institutions and care institutions for dementia,analyze the research results,summarize user needs from the perspective of the elderly with dementia and caregivers,and establish user portraits of the elderly with dementia and caregivers.Then,the cognitive training scene of the elderly with dementia is deeply studied,and the use scene and practice points of cognitive training are analyzed.It is found that in the process of home care,it is not only necessary to delay the process of dementia,but also pay attention to the improvement of self-care ability of the elderly with dementia.Then the Delphi method is used to quantify the effect of cognitive training on the improvement of self-care ability of the elderly with dementia,and the key cognitive training methods are extracted.Combined with the research on the elderly with mental retardation,the product design strategy is put forward from two aspects of product design and interaction design.According to the design strategy and product design concept,the content of product design practice is summarized and deduced,and the design practice is improved through product design method and interactive design method.Finally,the output of cognitive training products in the home-based care scene,that is,cognitive training can alleviate the cognitive decline process of the elderly with dementia,and also can improve the self-care ability of the elderly with dementia.So as to provide a better pension environment and rehabilitation training for the elderly with dementia,and also reduce the pressure of family caregivers of the elderly with dementia to a certain extent.
