| In order to adjust the energy structure and advocate energy conservation and emission reduction,the government vigorously develops renewable energy.As a clean and environmentally-friendly renewable energy,wind energy has shown outstanding competitive advantages and huge development potential.Wind power equipment manufacturing companies that are highly related to the development of the wind power industry are in a period of rapid expansion and accelerated development.However,the state is under pressure from subsidy policies.Coupled with the increasingly fierce competitive environment at home and abroad,higher requirements have been put forward for the supply chain management level of wind power equipment manufacturers,and the problem of delayed delivery of orders due to shortages of wind power equipment manufacturers has become more and more prominent.Based on the characteristics of the wind power equipment supply chain,this article proposes a replenishment strategy from the perspective of supply chain coordination to improve this problem,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and increase customer satisfaction.The main research contents are as follows:First,this article introduces the challenges faced by wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises under the pressure of the state to subsidize,analyzes the structural characteristics of the wind power equipment supply chain,the components of wind power equipment,and the status and role of each node in the supply chain.Then based on the delivery characteristics and delivery status of the wind power equipment order of company R,aiming at the replenishment problem between a manufacturer company R and two suppliers,combined with the uncertainty of supply in the wind power equipment supply chain and the uncertainty of the procurement lead time With the characteristics of flexibility,complete set of production requirements,etc.,a collaborative replenishment strategy for wind power equipment parts is proposed with the goal of optimizing costs.On this basis,combined with previous research,a collaborative replenishment model was established for R company,taking into account the two factors of order fulfillment rate and supply chain cost,using Crystal Ball simulation tool to comprehensively analyze the applicability of the replenishment strategy to reveal the replenishment strategy.The relationship between cargo strategy and cost and order fulfillment rate.Then,taking the production of large parts of wind power equipment of R company as an example,under the constraints of cost and order fulfillment rate,the simulation optimization is carried out through Crystal Ball,and the results of historical data are compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the collaborative replenishment strategy.Then,based on market demand fluctuations and delivery constraints,the scope and degree of application of the collaborative replenishment strategy are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions on replenishment management are given to company R. |
