With the increase in the scale of prefabricated buildings and the prefabrication rate,the market demand for PC components is increasing,and the competition will be fiercer.Through the analysis of the number of component factories,production capacity,and the market demand in the country,it is found that there is a serious imbalance in the supply and demand structure of PC component.In the PC component supply chain,PC component manufacturers will face a lot of uncertainty.Raw materials,auxiliary materials,embedded parts,steel bar suppliers,component manufacturers,and prefabricated construction units face risk attitudes and preferences can affect supply chain product pricing and ordering decisions.Therefore,analyzing the risk preference of PC component manufacturers and others is of great significance for optimizing the scientificity of order decisions and improving the overall operation efficiency of the supply chain.First,through literature research and analysis of the relevant characteristics,the supply chain collaboration is introduced into the prefabricated component PC component supply chain,and combined with the characteristics of the production and sales process,to further improve the PC component supply chain order decision model;Then,by introducing the method of proposition hypothesis “out of stock punishment cost” and “last punishment cost” as adjustment variables under different risk preferences,optimize the order decision model,and propose an prefabricated buildings supply chain optimal order decision model based on safe multiparty calculation.Finally,through propositional proof and simulation data analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: Uncertain order information and supplier risk appetite have an important impact on supply chain decisions;risk-averse suppliers' decision under uncertain order information conditions will lead to low overall resource utilization rate of the supply chain and low profits;through the punishment mechanism and the optimized model of the secure multi-party computing protocol,the maximum loss can be reduced and the resource utilization can be improved.At the same time,the secure multi-party computing model has strong security and privacy,which can effectively improve the reliability of the supply chain decision model.Based on the theory of safe multi-party computing,this paper introduces the risk preference of decision makers,and put forward the optimization model of order decision-making for the relevant decision makers of the prefabricated buildings PC component supply chain,which provides a scientific basis for the optimal order decision of the prefabricated buildings PC component supply chain.
