| Modern container freight stations are key nodes in the global logistics chain, but the rapidly increasing demand for container transportation has caused container freight stations to operate at full or even overload. In order to ensure the continuous development of the devanning and vanning business of the container freight station, under the premise that the container freight station has undergone site selection, optimized planning and layout, and has a certain level of information technology, the dispatch of the devanning and vanning operations of the container freight station has impact on its overall operation. The main reason for efficiency is that if the delivery vehicle, loading and unloading equipment and personnel scheduling plan are unreasonable during the devanning and vanning operations in the freight station,it will cause the delivery vehicle to stay too long, poor standardization and low flexibility of operation process. This will not only cause the freight station to gradually lose its existing customers and affect its future sustainable development, but also bring economic losses to the entire international container transportation logistics chain. It is very necessary to optimize the scheduling of devanning and vanning operations through scientific and reasonable methods.Because of this, this article focuses on the optimization of unloading and packing operation scheduling at the K container freight station.First of all, this article analyzes the operation status of K container freight station, analyzes the business data of its current packing operation, expounds the unloading and packing operation process and dispatching status of K freight station, and summarizes the two main problems in the operation process of K freight station. One is that the vehicle is present for a long time, causing customer complaints;the other is that the scheduling process has low flexibility and poor standardization. The main reason for these problems is that scheduling decision-making relies too much on manual experience and lacks corresponding scientific method guidance. Therefore,it is necessary to solve these problems through optimization of unloading and packing operation scheduling.Secondly, this article analyzes the factors that affect the scheduling of unloading and packing operations, combined with workshop scheduling problem theory and methods, analyzes and describes the optimization problems of unloading and packing operations scheduling, and takes the shortest time to arrive at all vehicles during the appointment planning period as the optimization goal.we establish a mixed integer programming model, which determining the constraints of equipment, goods, skilled workers, and work area capacity, and use genetic algorithms to solve it.Finally, combined with the business data of the K container freight station, this study sets the relevant parameters such as the facilities and equipment of the container freight station, uses the genetic algorithm to solve the model, and obtains the scheduling plan of the vehicle operation plan during the K container freight station planning period. The optimization plan is compared and analyzed with the scheduling plan under the current manual empirical decision-making.The study found that the vehicle presence time in the model optimization scheme is mostly between 0.5 hour and 1 hour, and the vehicle presence time under manual decision-making is mostly between 1 hour and 1.5hours.The optimization scheme also significantly reduces the number of vehicles on site for more than 2 hours. The optimized scheme reduced the vehicle presence time by6.4%.Compared with manual empirical decision-making,optimization schemes based on models and algorithms are faster in formulating, more flexible, and more comprehensive in site operation guidance, which is conducive to better standardizing staff operations.15 pictures,9 tables,50 references. |
