| As a new type of green bus with the lowest operating cost,electric buses were widely used in public transportation to solve urban pollution and energy consumption problems.With the promotion of electric buses,most cities would have the mixed operation of electric buses and fuel buses.It had become a key issue that how to make reasonable bus configuration and scheduling for the mixed bus system.Therefore,this paper deeply studied the bus configuration and scheduling of the mixed bus system combined with the limited-stops bus service based on the line characteristics from the IC card data.Based on the IC card data,this article first analyzed the characteristics of a Beijing bus line from multiple dimensions such as line,stations,passengers,and operating status from the perspective of time and space.The K-means clustering algorithm was used to perform cluster analysis on the stations.The stations were divided into 5 categories from the passenger flow,travel distance and commuting status.The stations with a larger passenger flow and a longer average travel distance were used as a collection for the follow-up limited-stops bus service.Also,the paper analyzed the relationship between passenger flow and bus operation stability.The result shown that the distance between stations and passenger travel distance had a certain correlation with the bus operation stability.Secondly,two models were constructed of bus configuration of the mixed bus system with not-considered and considered limited-stops bus service.Taking minimizing operator costs and passenger costs as the objective function,the model considered the number of bus,cross-section passenger flow,the number of limited-stops bus stations,carbon emissions,electric bus mileage and other constraints.The genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Also,the impact of electric bus penetration on the total cost of the mixed bus system was analyzed.The results showed that different electric bus penetration rates have a greater impact on the total cost of the mixed bus system.When the penetration rate is between 0.5 and 1,the total cost of mixed bus operation is lower.Adding the strategy of coordinated operation of all-stops bus service and limited-stops bus service can effectively reduce the total cost of the system and the average travel time of passengers in the mixed bus system.Finally,the problem of bus configuration and scheduling was combined for research.The paper built a bus configuration and scheduling optimization model for the mixed bus system to minimize operator costs and passenger costs.Based on the model,a limitedstop bus service was applied.The genetic algorithm was used to solve the model with the constraint conditions such as departure interval,full load rate,bus runs connection,connection time,number of bus,carbon emissions,and electric bus mileage.The results showed that considering the bus configuration problem with the bus schedule could not only get a specific bus schedule preparation plan,but also reduced the number of bus required.The total cost of electric bus penetration in the mixed bus system was lower when the penetration rate was between 0.5 and 1. |
