In recent years,with the adjustment of military strategic structure and the change of traditional combat mode in various countries,the military of various countries pay more and more attention to the development of road survey vehicles.Due to the special use environment of the battlefield road survey vehicle,it is necessary to analyze the trafficability of the survey vehicle,so as to make it have the ability to quickly pass through the flat ground,climbing ability and obstacle surmounting ability.The thesis focused on the Battlefield road survey vehicle with a new wheel-track composite structure,and analyzed the trafficability of the road survey vehicle that has completed the design of the driving system.The motion characteristics and trafficability of a survey vehicle with wheel configuration,which has completed the design of driving system,were studied by theoretical and numerical simulation methods.The paper work could provide a certain theoretical basis for the initial stage of the overall design of the survey vehicle.Firstly,combined with the design performance index and the special requirements of the use environment of the survey vehicle,the transmission system structure of the survey vehicle was determined.The parameters of the driving motor and the power system of the survey vehicle were preliminarily determined.The whole vehicle dynamic model of survey vehicle in wheel form was established.Secondly,the kinematic characteristics of the survey vehicle determined by structural and dynamic parameters were analyzed.It includes the speed characteristics,climbing characteristics,steering characteristics,over vertical wall characteristics and over trench characteristics of the survey vehicle.Through the analysis,the working characteristic curve of the driving motor and the motion characteristics at different running speeds of the survey vehicle were defined.Then,the maximum speed characteristics,the maximum slope characteristics,the minimum turning characteristics,the maximum vertical wall crossing characteristics and the maximum trench crossing characteristics of the survey vehicle were studied,and the passing performance of the survey vehicle was evaluated.Finally,by changing the structural and dynamic parameters of the survey vehicle,including vehicle weight,centroid position,wheelbase and driving mode,the influence of the structural parameters on the maximum speed,maximum slope,minimum turning radius,maximum wall crossing height and maximum trench crossing width of the survey vehicle was studied,which provided a theoretical reference for the improvement of the trafficability of the survey vehicle.There are 101 Figures,5 tables and 90 references in this thesis.
