| The full vehicle road trafficability test is an important part in the complete vehicle’s development and the full vehicle road trafficability is an important index to measure the performance of the vehicle.With the increasing competition in the market and labor cost rising,it is urgent to find a new development way for major automobile manufacturers.With the continuous development of computer technology,the virtual simulation technology based on multi body dynamics is becoming more and more mature and widely used in automotive,aerospace,construction machinery and other fields.Through the multi-body dynamics simulation software,the virtual simulation technology is applied to the vehicle road trafficability test,which has a great effect on shorten the development cycle of the vehicle,save labor costs and optimize the structure of the vehicle.Based on a certain type of vehicle and the specail road of the testing yard on a certain car company,the multi-body dynamics vehicle model and road model are established by using ADAMS software.According to the actual vehicle road trafficability test conditions,the multi body dynamics vehicle model is studied by the simulation of the vehicle road trafficability.The research results covered by this article mainly includes the following aspects:1)According to a certain type of vehicle,the structure of the vehicle model is simplified.The full vehicle model is established by ADAMS/Car according the simplified model.After measuring the related parameters of the roads on the testing yard,the roads molels,such as step road,ramp road,speed bump road and wave road model are modeled in the Road Builder of the ADAMS/Car software.2)The full vehicle step road,ramp road,speed bump road and wave road trafficability are analysised through the established full vehicle model and road model.The interference collision between the bottom of the vehicle body and the road surface is obtained under different working conditions by the simulation.3)Throng adjusting the spring elastic coefficient of the front and rear suspension model and the damping coefficient on the low-speed and high-speed segments,the influence of suspension spring and shock absorber on the road trafficability of vehicle model is studied.The spring parameters and shock absorber parameters for optimizing the vehicle road trafficability are obtained.4)The vehicle road trafficability is studied by the road trafficability test and the accuracy of the simulation results are verified by the comparison of the simulation results and the real vehicle road trafficability test results. |
