| The scale of cities in China is constantly expanding,but the urban transportation infrastructure lags behind the urban development.Residents commuting face the problems of too long distance,too long time and low commuting efficiency.As a new type of public transport mode,commuter customized bus can provide high-quality customized travel service for residents and promote the development of urban public transport.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to conduct in-depth research on it.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the conceptual features,classification methods and operating procedures of customized bus,and expounds the key influencing factors of commuter customized bus in time and space.The K-means clustering method and agglomerative hierarchical clustering method are used to cluster the stop spatiotemporal.By improving the distance formula and adding unbalanced coefficients,the stop space location and passenger departure time are delicately designed.(2)The RP-off-SP survey method was used to investigate the commuting choice willingness and characteristics of Beijing residents.The results are analyzed and summarized in terms of passengers’ commuting choice willingness and characteristics,and the correlation analysis of passengers’ choice willingness is made.Based on the TOPSIS method,a decision-making model for commuter mode selection is established,and the calculation method of the model is illustrated by a case.(3)This paper describes the basic elements and modeling ideas of commuter customized bus route planning from time and space,and then establishes a bilevel programming model.The model takes into account the interests of both operators and passengers.The upper model aims at maximizing the operator’s income,considering factors such as fare income,vehicle operating costs,vehicle fixed costs,and passenger waiting time penalty costs.The lower model aims to minimize the generalized commuter cost of passengers,including the passenger time,ticket price and the cost of refusing to choose the commuter customized bus.Finally,an improved genetic algorithm suitable for model solving is designed.(4)The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by taking a typical area of Beijing as a case.Firstly,this paper makes a case feasibility analysis.Then,according to the improved clustering algorithm,the passenger sharing stop is designed in time and space,and the clustering results are simply evaluated.Combined with the bilevel programming model and algorithm proposed in this paper,the customized bus route planning scheme of the case area is obtained,and then the effect evaluation and sensitivity analysis of the planning results are carried out.The results show that the commuter customized bus route solution obtained by the model has good operation effect,and has certain advantages compared with the traditional bus. |
