In recent years,there is a trend that more and more people have come to realize that developing the public transportation is the most fundamental method to solve traffic congestion in big cities,and a growing number of cities has taken "public transport priority" as a significant policy for urban transportation governance.However,traditional public transportation methods cannot provide refined and humanized high-quality services,which is difficult to meet the high-quality requirements of travelers.It is urgent to make certain changes in the operation mode to improve the level of service.Meanwhile,with the advent of the "Internet plus" traffic big data era,the rapid development of information technology has also provided technical support for the construction of a diversified transportation system.In the content above,customized bus,a bus service mode which is oriented by passengers’ demand and integrates "Internet plus" with public transportation,has emerged.First of all,this study sort out the relevant concepts of customized public transportation,define its main demand range and summarize the current mainstream service design process and route design principles.Then point out that customized public transportation services should mainly meet the needs of commuting travel,and customized bus services should be designed and operated according to the characteristics of commuting travel.Secondly,this essay study on the travel mode choice of commuter customized bus passengers,and demonstrate how a combined demand estimation method is designed.Through a combination of online and offline methods,a travel survey combining SP and RP is carried out among some residents in Beijing.The travel characteristics of travelers are analyzed according to the survey results.The NL isomorphic model fused with the SP and RP date of customized buses,cars,conventional buses and subways is constructed and used to calibrate the parameters.This essay also analyzed the influence of each factor on the choice behavior of customized bus travel and the marginal effect of travel time cost and estimated the travel proportion of customized bus.Thirdly,this essay construct a commuter customized bus service design model from the perspective of taking the benefits of passengers and operating companies into account.This service design content reflected by the model includes the route direction,the stops and the timetable.The objective function sets the constraints such as vehicle capacity and lin length for the passenger’s perceived benefit of delay time and the maximum benefit of the enterprise.This model belongs to a class of VRP problems with special time window constraints,and the paper designs a taboo search algorithm to solve it.Finally,this essay select the "Jinding Street Residential Area-Dinghui Temple Commercial Area" in Beijing as the research area.The customized bus routes are designed for the research area based on the passenger flow data within 1 hour of the morning rush hour on weekdays.The results indicate that the designed 7 lines shows a good performance in line characteristics,operating efficiency and passenger travel time,which proves the feasibility of the model and algorithm.Sensitivity analysis is carried out on the number of lines and waiting buffer time to help this study put forward some reference suggestions for customized bus operation.
