Research On Public Regeneration Of Jing Zhang Railway Site From The Perspective Of Linear Industrial Heritage

Due to the needs of the Winter Olympics,the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway started construction and operation,and the above-ground Jing Zhang Railway with a history of more than 100 years was completely abandoned.This railway which once brought people hope and convenience has lost its original transportation value,but with it comes its new use function as a site.Due to the needs of urban construction and the need to further improve the ground traffic accessibility,most of the Jing Zhang Railway sites have been demolished,so it is urgent to put forward and implement the protection and renewal plan.This paper puts forward the reasons for the study of the Jing Zhang Railway ruins,sorts out the context of the construction of the Jing Zhang Railway,analyzes the inherent value and creative value of the Jing Zhang Railway,and puts forward the idea of the renewal and reconstruction of the Jing Zhang Railway on the basis of the principle of protecting the Jing Zhang Railway site.The full text of the paper consists of seven chapters,the main part of which is from Chapter 2 to Chapter 6.The second chapter describes the historical overview of Jing Zhang Railway,including the historical time axis of Jing Zhang Railway Construction,the changed route of railway lines and the distribution of existing railway cultural heritage;the third chapter analyzes the value evaluation of Jing Zhang Railway ruins,from the historical value value value,the value identification of technical level,cultural and emotional identity,the authenticity,integrity and group of existing conditions From eight perspectives of value,representativeness,vulnerability,potential value and creative value,the significance of studying the Jing Zhang Railway site is found.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the current situation of Jing Zhang Railway site and its surrounding space,focusing on the section from Xizhimen to Qinghe in Beijing.Starting from the traffic,urban spatial function and the current situation of surrounding urban landscape,the spatial layout and preservation at this stage are integrated The fifth chapter finds out the public dilemma of the space around the Jing Zhang Railway site,and analyzes the spatial structure changes around the Jing Zhang Railway site by means of space syntax;The sixth chapter puts forward suggestions on the protection and renewal of railway sites,puts forward feasible schemes and combines them with the actual situation,integrates the functional design,artistic design,ecological design and historical context design into the urban culture,and puts forward a spatial reconstruction scheme that is in line with the research object and can provide better services for citizens.
