Research On Landscape Protection And Renewal Of Historical And Cultural Districts Based On Urban Catalyst Theory

In 2017,the Middle East Railway Complex was selected as "China Industrial Heritage Protection List(the first batch)".As an important part of the Middle East Railway Complex,the Middle East Railway Complex of Ang angxi Station has been declared as the seventh batch of national key protection units in 2014.After several special repairs and environmental improvement in several years,the exterior of the building has been restored as before,and Rosia Street has basically recovered the planning layout of the north side street of the railway of Angangxi Station more than100 years ago.However,some railway buildings in the Middle East,such as the former site of the railway club at Ang angxi Station,have not been reasonably reused after repair,and are in an idle state,which has the potential risk of secondary decline.It is urgent to explore a reasonable interior design protection model.The key content of this paper is to elaborate the theory of interior design protection of railway buildings in the Middle East from the perspective of industrial heritage,and to combine the design protection method,orientation,thinking and transformation practice with the former site of the railway club of Ang angxi Station as the object.First of all,combing the domestic and foreign related research status and dynamic analysis,choosing research methods and formulating research framework.Secondly,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,the investigation and analysis on the Middle East Railway Building of Ang angxi Station are carried out,so as to clarify the present situation of the protection and utilization of the Middle East Railway Building of Ang angxi Station,and demonstrate that the structural characteristics of the former site of the club of Ang angxi Station can meet the actual needs of implementing the transformation of cultural service places with museum display functions.Thirdly,it combs the protection mode of industrial heritage interior design,and expounds the protection mode and principle of interior design of the former site of the railway club of Ang angxi Station.Finally,the protection methods,positioning and ideas of the interior design of the former site of the railway club in Ang angxi Station are expounded.Then,starting from the aspects of overall design scheme,functional zoning,plane layout,streamline analysis and exhibition design,the characteristics of each functional zoning are analyzed and targeted transformation design is carried out,and finally a protection scheme suitable for the interior design of the former site of the railway club is formed.
