The suspended monorail transportation system has good ride comfort,less timeconsuming construction,small footprint,low construction cost,small turning radius,strong climbing ability,It is being promoted and applied in my country.However,the current suspended monorail transportation system in trial operation has problems such as complex track beam steel structure,poor tire heat dissipation,and poor accessibility to bogie failure inspections.So as to address these shortcomings existing in the current suspended monorail,the members of this scientific research team proposed a suspension monorail vehicle bogie design scheme based on the "I" shaped track beam.Based on the analysis of the suspended monorail vehicle design scheme proposed by the members of the scientific research team,so as to address the structural complexity problems in the bogie design scheme,a new type of suspended monorail vehicle is optimized after optimization.The design scheme of the vehicle bogie structure,and the correlative research on the vehicle system dynamics has been carried out on this scheme.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A new type of suspended monorail vehicle bogie structure design scheme is proposed.Based on the analysis of the structure of the suspended monorail vehicle bogie proposed by the members of the scientific research team,a 3D model of the new suspended monorail vehicle and the "I" shaped track beam are established,and the marshalling form and bogie of the new suspended monorail vehicle are analyzed.The general configuration and the form and function of its components are compared with the steel-wheeled rail rolling stock to analyze the running mechanism and system forces of the new type of suspended monorail vehicles.(2)Establish a new type of suspended monorail vehicle dynamics model and simulation analysis model based on the nonlinear secondary suspension system.To study the nonlinear characteristics of the secondary suspension system of a new type of suspended monorail vehicle,to establish a model of the vehicle topology configuration relationship through reasonable simplification and assumptions of the vehicle,and to determine the track model,tire model and dynamic simulation modeling parameters,based on this above,the establishment of vehicle dynamics simulation analysis model.(3)Carry out the analysis and evaluation of the dynamic performance of the new suspended monorail vehicle.Based on the analysis and reference of the correlative domestic and foreign standards and research paper,combined with the running mechanism of the new suspended monorail vehicle,the dynamic performance evaluation system suitable for it is proposed,and in light of the evaluation system,the dynamic performance of the vehicle is analyzed.(4)Optimize the dynamic performance of the new suspended monorail vehicle.Adopting the method of multi-body dynamics and multi-objective optimization analysis co-simulation,the main parameters that affect the steering moment and the maximum lateral acceleration of the new suspended monorail vehicle are optimized based on the simulated annealing algorithm to improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle has been promoted obviously.Through the above work,a design scheme of suspended monorail bogie structure with reference value is proposed.
