Suspended monorail transportation system is a medium volume of urban rail transit system, which is reliable,flexible grouping,short duration,low cost,low noise and comfortable. The transportation system has a separate right of the road,which has no influence on ground transportion.As the city traffic pressure increasing, the system has certain advantages, which is attracting more attention.ln that context,the vehicle and bogie of the suspended monorail transport system are analyzed, and the dynamic performance of the vehicle is studied.On the basis of suspended monorail bogie is analyzed,this article focuses on the urban flyer 0 bogie which is put into use recently.Based on this bogie, pneumatic rubber tires are replaced by solid rubber tires.In order to improve the performance,the primary suspension of the vehicle is redesigned.The main structure of the bogie are modeled in the software CATIA which has three dimensional perspective. The strength of the suspension rod is analyzed by the finite element analysis part of this software. According to the characteristics of this bogie and the multi-body dynamics theory,the dynamic model of this vehicle is established by using SIMPACK.In conditions of the lines and curve passing, the vehicle suspension parameters are analyzed and optimized. During the process,the standards of running performance and curve passing are used.After the parameters of the suspension system are optimized,the dynamic performance of the vehicle is measured under different radius of curvature and different vehicle speed.The data of these tests shows that the dynamic performances of the suspended monorail vehicles are good.The key part and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the existing suspended monorail bogie which is mature and advanced, the new designed bogie prefers solid rubber tires to pneumatic rubber tires.The suspension system and bogie frame are redesigned,especially the primary suspension.2.In the dynamic model of suspended monorail vehicle,set a series of nominal force of the guiding tyre when the vehicle passing through curves of different radius at different speed. By analyzing the maximum and the minimum value of the norminal force during the process,an appropriate value of the force for the guiding wheel is picked.3.Within the range of different parameters,the riding quality and the indicators of curving passing meet the standards;among these parameters of the suspension system,the equivalent vertical stiffness of the primary suspension and the vertical stiffness of air spring have obvious influences on the riding quality of the vehicle;the performances on the curve passing are affected significantly by equivalent vertical stiffness of the primary suspension, vertical stiffness of air spring and lateral stiffness of the lateral rod.4. After the parameters of the suspension system are optimized, the dynamics indicators of suspended monorail vehicle meet the standards in different simulation conditions.which shows the suspended monorail vehicle has good dynamic performance.
