| The development of China’s power industry is moving towards a new class,and the rapid growth of power consumption requires the development and research of power quality and power supply reliability.As a key part of the power system,the distribution network shoulders the heavy responsibility of directly supplying power to users.How to ensure the reliability and efficiency of power supply and realize the scientific management of the distribution network has become one of the goals pursued by my country’s power companies at this stage.One.In this regard,this paper conducts a modeling analysis for the safe operation framework of the distribution network,and builds an evaluation system for the operation mode of the distribution network on this basis to evaluate the safe operation of the entire distribution network.First of all,after accessing the FSS,the safe operation framework of the distribution network is constructed,which mainly includes the failure analysis of the flexible distribution network,the construction of the maximum power supply capacit y model(TSC)of the flexible distribution network,and the safety of the flexible distribution network Domain Model Construction(DSSR)uses a path-based distribution network topology description method,combined with actual operating parameters and condition constraints,and gives linear equations.Based on the maximum power supply capacity and the safety domain model derived from the constraint conditions,an effective boundary equation is obtained,thereby constructing a grid safe operation framework,making the grid operation safer and effectively improving the equipment load rate.Then the safety assessment of the flexible distribution network under the framework is carried out.The first step is to optimize the evaluation index system,obtain the initial distribution network safety evaluation index system by consulting the literature,and combine the hierarchical dynamic gray correlation analysis method to evaluate the degree of influence of each initial index on the index system,and filter out that the cumulative influence is greater than 90% Then,the optimized index system is tested for rationality,and after the tested index system is passed,the overall operation status of the distribution network is analyzed.The second step is to obtain the weight of each indicator,based on the fixed weight,combined with the variable weight method to comprehensively calculate the weight value of each indicator,and perform normalization processing to obtain more accurate indicator weights.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of the operation status of the distribution network is combined with index weights and fuzzy individual scores,and the layer-by-layer recursive weighting method is used to calculate the comprehensive scores,and the overall operation evaluation results are obtained to help decision-makers make accurate decisions and better apply them in practice.Finally,according to the two major aspects of the design and evaluation of the safety operation framework of the distribution network,the case verification is carried out,reasonable strategy suggestions are put forward for the safety operation of the distribution network,and various factors affecting the safety of the distribution network are analyzed to ensure the future The safe operation of the distribution network provides management support. |
