Nowadays,under the high-quality development requirements of our country,higher and higher requirements are put forward especially for the environment.My country has also mentioned the dual-carbon goal many times in its national development layout in the past two years.The realization of this goal needs to deal with challenges from the market,enterprises and the government.Under the background of the transition of my country’s energy structure to green and low-carbon,it has greatly promoted the rapid development of electric vehicle companies,and the development of my country’s electric vehicle market has also begun to take shape.In the future,my country’s electric vehicle companies will face greater development opportunities and challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the development of electric vehicle enterprises and enhance their market competitiveness.Therefore,this article is based on electric vehicle companies to study their future market competitiveness.First of all,this thesis focuses on the model establishment and evaluation analysis of the key factors that affect the future market competitiveness of electric vehicle companies,and calculates and evaluates the factors that electric vehicle companies need to focus on and improve in order to improve market competitiveness through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).It also provides thought basis and decision support for the electric vehicle enterprise market competitiveness simulation model that this article focuses on.At the same time,this paper establishes three subsystems: cost R&D subsystem,business development subsystem and environmental benefit subsystem to construct the system dynamics(SD)model,and finally form the market competitiveness simulation model of electric vehicle enterprises.Based on the reasonable construction of the above model,this paper believes that the external environmental factors of the emerging industry of electric vehicles are relatively unstable,especially the changes in policy subsidies and carbon environmental protection factors will seriously affect the market competitiveness of electric vehicle companies.Therefore,this article simulates the development and changes of the market competitiveness of electric vehicle companies under a variety of influencing factors and different scenarios.Finally,based on the simulation of the above AHP-SD model,the research results of this paper show that the technical factors such as the range of electric vehicles,the perfection of charging facilities,the total cost,and the scale of the enterprise’s own development are very important to the improvement of the market competitiveness of electric vehicles.Changes in external factors(policy mechanisms such as environmental protection and policy subsidies)will cause changes in the scale of enterprise development,environmental benefits,etc.,and ultimately affect the development of enterprise market competitiveness to a greater extent.If my country wants to reduce the subsidies for electric vehicles after 2022,from the perspective of reducing disadvantages,it is a better choice to first implement a 20% subsidy.Finally,based on the conclusions drawn,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for electric vehicle companies to improve their market competitiveness.
