Research On Rural Reconstruction Design Of Suburb Of Zhangjiakou City Based On Rural Leisure Pension Model

As the aging population in China is rising constantly,the cities are faced with increasing pension pressure and the public is also focusing more on pension problems.In the meantime,in those minor suburban villages,there is a hollowing out phenomenon caused by single industrial structure,the loss of the labor force and other problems,resulting in a lot of idle farm houses.Combined with the above two kinds of social issues,the rural leisure pension mode is put forward in the exploration.It is a beneficial supplement to the traditional pension pattern,which is a way for the urban retirees to go to the countryside with a suitable distance and beautiful environment for leisure pension.Therefore,under the guidance of the rural leisure pension mode,it has practical significance for the transformation design of the small and medium-sized suburban villages.In this paper,starting from the investigation on the existing situation of pension in Zhangjiakou City,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly in Zhangjiakou to understand their willingness and basic needs for the mode of rural leisure pension.Then,the screening and comparison of suburban villages in Zhangjiakou which are suitable for the development of rural leisure pension model were proceeded.Then,the AHP was used to establish a comparative model of Zhangjiakou’s rural leisure pension model for suburban villages.According to the weight of influencing factors in the criterion layer,the advantages and disadvantages of the rural leisure pension model for the development of suburban villages under certain limited conditions were analyzed.On the basis of the needs of the elderly and the current situation of rural areas in the suburbs of Zhangjiakou City,this paper proposed the transformation strategy of rural leisure pension model for rural areas in the suburbs of Zhangjiakou.Finally,suburban villages suitable for the development of rural leisure pension model in Zhangjiakou were selected for reconstruction design.The ultimate research purpose of this paper is to supplement the rural leisure pension model and the research on the suburban village reconstruction to a certain extent,and it is also hoped to provide some references for the future solution of the urban pension problem and the suburban village reconstruction and design.
