At present,China’s manufacturing industry is in the process of transformation and upgrading.Only by producing high-quality,low-cost and customized products can enterprises meet the changing needs of customers.Modular design mainly refers to the rapid combination of mass customization products suitable for various scenarios through reasonable product module planning.The existing research shows that compared with the traditional design mode,enterprises using modular technology for new product development can effectively improve the efficiency of product design,reduce production costs and meet the growing and changing needs of customers.Therefore,this paper aims to use the modular design method,aiming at the problems encountered by manufacturers at this stage,combined with the needs of customer groups,to design the modular scheme of small multi-functional sanitation vehicle model.First,according to the customer demand analysis process of modular design,the main customer base and functional requirements of sanitation vehicles are sorted out.On this basis,the mapping relationship between customer demand and sanitation vehicle technical characteristics is constructed by investigation information.The grey correlation degree and cluster analysis method are used to analyze the customer group according to the technical characteristics of sanitation vehicle.According to the design and modeling method of FPBS,the article constructs the function structure decomposition model of sanitation vehicle through the analysis of the functional structure and use situation of the case product,which lays the foundation for the innovation of the scheme of the module division of the sanitation vehicle.Secondly,based on the analysis of the modularization characteristics of typical cases of small sanitation vehicles,the first-class module division of the function structure of the small multi-functional sanitation vehicle is carried out according to the customer requirements.According to the product power structure module division method and the minimum maximum modular process of complex products,the expert evaluation information is collected by using triangle fuzzy number.By calculating the correlation degree,module aggregation degree,building association matrix and association diagram among the functional module parts of small multifunctional sanitation vehicle,the paper obtains the scheme of the small multi-functional sanitation vehicle power structure module division.Thirdly,according to the reference model of modular benefit evaluation of mechanical products,a set of evaluation index system is selected,which is suitable for the division of mechanical product modules.The uncertainty and incompleteness of the scheme satisfaction degree of the module division are evaluated by D-S evidence theory and expert evaluation information,and the better small and multi-functional sanitation vehicle module division scheme is selected.Finally,based on the scheme of the power structure module division of small multifunctional sanitation vehicle,the three-dimensional modeling of each module is carried out by using Rhino and Keyshot software,and the whole vehicle is assembled.The simulation analysis of the assembly process between modules and the assembly process of main parts in the module further illustrates the rationality and agreeability of the module division of small multi-functional sanitation vehicles.Finally,the color matching design of the small multifunctional sanitation vehicle module is carried out,and a complete design scheme of small multi-functional sanitation vehicle model is obtained.
