Research On The Small Environmental Sanitation Vehicle Modeling Design In The Personalized Customization Mode

In recent years,with the economic development,urban road area gradually increased,the demand for environmental sanitation engineering vehicles is also growing.Because of the small body,easy operation,high flexibility,the small environmental sanitation vehicle has been widely used in urban roads,and has been integrated into the construction of the city image,virtually affecting the urban residents and the development of the city.On the one hand,due to the continuous progress of engineering technology,the design of mechanical performance of small environmental sanitation vehicles is more studied,the adaptability design to road conditions of small environmental sanitation vehicles is developing well,but the emergence of the homogenization of the modeling design,and the targeted research is lacking.On the other hand,urban facilities and city image are developing and improving.The demand for customization is becoming more and more obvious,which makes the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design research has good prospects.With the continuous development and application of the related customization technology,it also brings more possibilities for the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design.Therefore,it is very important to explore the theory and method of the small sanitation environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design.In this paper,the concept and method of value engineering is introduced into the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design.At the concept level,it is proposed to integrate the value engineering into the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design in the personalized customization mode,and draw the design strategy so that the design is more deep in order to satisfy the individual needs of the users at the greatest value.At the method level,this paper tries to combine the working methods of value engineering to sum up the design process of small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design,making it more effective.This paper takes the value engineering as the guiding ideology to carry on the research and the exploration to the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design in the personalized customization mode.(1)This paper expounds the background of the research based on the analyses of the product personalized customization trend and the development of small environmental sanitation vehicles and related customization technology.(2)Analyzing the characteristics and advantages of value engineering and related theory,the necessity of applying value engineering to this subject is pointed out.Explore the differences and particularities of small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design in personalized customization mode,and put forward to using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in the function measurement method of value engineering.According to the development and research status of the domestic and international small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design,this paper analyzes its development trend and design opportunity and demonstrates the feasibility of the follow-up study by analyzing the core common points of value engineering and personalized customization model.(3)Because of the particularity of the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design,this paper analyzes the "participant" ?the use environment and basic functional and emotional experience function of the small environmental sanitation vehicle,summarizes the functional requirements index of the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design in the personalized customization mode which laid a theoretical foundation for the study of small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling innovative design.(4)Summarize the design process of the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design in the personalized customization mode,and puts forward the design strategy by establishing the hierarchical analysis model of the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design in the personalized customization mode.(5)Apply the above results to the design practice of small environmental sanitation vehicle in Linxi,Xingtai.Research on the small environmental sanitation vehicle modeling design in the personalized customization mode based on value engineering strengthen the application of theory in practice and expand the small environmental sanitation vehicle custom range,conducive to the development of sanitation facilities.However,due to some characteristics of value engineering,this paper only uses its core ideas and some methods,how to use it more deeply in practical projects need a lot of attempts.
