Productive landscape is an important part of human settlement environment in rural areas of China, which is closely related to the sustainable development of regional natural ecology and social economy. As one of the typical rural types in China, coastal fishing villages not only have the common problems of rural areas in China in terms of ecological production and social economy, but also highlight the sharp contradiction between social production and development and natural ecosystem due to the ecological sensitivity of coastal areas in their development status.Extreme climate change, ecological pattern degradation, extensive social production and development and other factors have impacted. How to improve the comprehensive resilience of coastal fishing villages to cope with the disturbance and impact of complex factors, promote the improvement of sustainable ability, and explore scientific design methods are urgent problems to be solved. In this paper, the productive landscape of Binhai fishing village was selected as the research object, and the resilience improvement was taken as the entry point to put forward the design method based on the comprehensive resilience assessment of landscape, and the design method model of "recognise-assets-plan(RAP)" was constructed by combining the resilience theory. In this paper,a case study of Qingshan fishing village in Qingdao is taken to demonstrate the practical significance of the design method model,so as to provide reference for other types of rural productive landscape design in China.
