Against the defects of traditional charger which uses Thyristor rectifier (low input power factor which can cause the current aberrant, low working frequency making the device huge and only one-direction transformation of energy), my thesis designs a high efficiency, high power factor and energy saving charge and discharge system. This system mainly comprises PWM rectifier (voltage source) and DC/DC converter two parts. At the same time, for the sake of convenience of manipulating and reflecting the quality quickly, this system also designs a part of key and display.Reversible PWM converter can realize unit power factor, constant voltage output and bidirectional transformation of energy. In this paper, the working principle, vector control with current loop, which is suit to this system of three-phase VSR and modulating way (SPWM) are presented in detail. And the simulation and experiment of PWM rectifier controlled by vector with current loop is given in the 6th chapter.A reversible DC/DC converter is used to control the magnitude and direction of the charge and discharge current. In the charge course, it is working in buck chopper style, and converts the DC voltage rectified by PWM rectifier to the needed voltage and charges the accumulator. When in the discharge course, it is working in boost chopper style, and sends the energy of the accumulator to the DC side of the PWM rectifier which will send it to electric net. This passage detailly introduces the working principle and control circuit of DC/DC converter. Its simulation is given in the 6th chapter at last.In the key and display part, key is used to modify the parameters of charge and discharge, and LCD modulator is used to display the variable current wave of charge and discharge course and correlative parameters. According to the wave, we can judge the quality of the course quickly.The design of the control hardware of system based on TMS320F2407 is analyzed in detail. Hardware schematics and software flow-chart are presented in this paper.Finally, the simulation of the system and the experimental results of PWM rectifier are presented. The results of the simulation and experiment indicate that the input power factor is close to 1, the output voltage of the rectifier is stable and the high quality charge and discharge: current of the accumulator is achieved, current ripple is small.
