| In 2018,China has determined the positioning of "new infrastructure construction" oriented by 5G,artificial intelligence and industrial Internet.Up to now,"new infrastructure" has been extended to seven fields,including 5G infrastructure,UHV construction,inter-city rail service,rail transit,new energy vehicle,artificial intelligence and industrial Internet.It shoul be noticed that the crucial structure of these infrastructures is usually unique large component,thereby the rapid development of infrastructures puts forward higher requirements for the large-cargo transportation.The safety and timeliness of large-cargo transportation is closely related to the construction progress of projects,it is an important foundation to ensure the sustained and rapid development of infrastructure construction.The large-cargo transportation for our country still in its early stage,there is a big gap between our country and other countries with perfect large-cargo transportation system,such as Germany,France,the United States,Italy,Netherlands and Japan.As an important component of a complex system engineering,large cargo is generally a non-general product,thus,its transportation has the characteristics of "one thing,one scheme".At present,the large cargo transportation scheme in our country is often determined by experienced practitioners,which makes the safety,scientificity and timeliness of scheme lacks support of theory and data.Finally,it causes the waste of resources.Based on this,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the large-cargo transportation,and attempt to put forward a feasible and universal large-cargo transportation support system:First,we summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the large-cargo transportation in terms of the definition,classification and transportation.Based on this,the differences between the large-cargo transportation and conventional transportation are analyzed.Then,the structure of large-cargo transportation support system based on highway-rai intermodal strategy is analyzed.It mainly contains three subsystems: data input and screening,transportation scheme determination,scheme evaluation.Furthermore,the structure,function and correlation of these subsystems are described.Next,the method library of large-cargo transportation support system is constructed in terms of the mode choice,reinforcement scheme and route decision.Specifically,the mode choice is based on the matching of cargo with the network and vehicles;the reinforcement scheme is determined according to the force calculation(lateral inertia,longitudinal inertia,vertical inertia,friction and wind force)and stability analysis(overturning stability,horizontal stability and rolling stability);based on the available network,route choice model with the goal of minimum cost is proposed and solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,taking the voltage transformer transportation of Jinshuitan Hydropower Station as an example,the method library is verified and the visual operation methods of the large-scale transportation support system are given.The results show that the system has the characteristics of simple operation,high efficiency and feasibility. |
