Study On The Design Strategy Of Residential Block In Xin Xiang Under The Concept Of Green Urban Design

With the development of society and the economy in China,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,meanwhile,practices related to urban design are in progress enthusiastically.The statement of green city and the exploration for sustainable urbanism are the major development strategies in the nation.Green city design is getting more and more attention.As an area with a high density of population activities,residential blocks consume a vast of energy resources every day.Waste and pollutants are produced,which lead to an exacerbation in environmental quality.The development of green residential blocks is of great urgency of realistic and profound historical significance.This article takes the residential blocks of Xinxiang City,Henan Province as the research object.The intention is to explore the residential block design strategies in the new precinct of the city also as an extension of the old urban area under the theory of green city design and the specific condition of climate and environment in cold regions,central China and server air pollution.There are four parts to this research.At first,combing the theory and practical research of green urban design.Then conducting the summary and analysis of the problems and experiences of residential block design combined with the theory of western city design.Secondly,the local bioclimatic conditions and cultural context are investigated and analyzed.Four typical residential blocks in the new precinct are selected for field investigation.The climate adaptability of the residential blocks in the new urban area of Xinxiang City is tested.Based on the above analysis,the green city design of buildings,roads,square space,and greening are summarized.Thirdly,make it promise of energy-saving,pollution control,comfortability reinforced and the natural resources utilized more efficiently according to the analysis of current problems,cases study,and SD method.Architectural,roads,square spaces and green design in the residential urban blocks with an ecological method constituting a system of residential blocks.Under the theory of green urban design,a new principal will be proposed based on humanity,systematically harmony,bio-priority,generating a green urban design conception.Finally,cases citations.using the method combined theory and practice,from the perspective of green city design,it will practice the residential block project in the new precinct of Xinxiang City.The design is considering the state quo of the site to confirm the rationality,effectiveness and science of the design strategy under the green city design conception in Xinxiang residential block.Concluding the above research theories and the preliminary exploration and research on residential blocks in Xinxiang City under the green city design conception,this article sorts out the influential factors and design elements of the residential block design.Then find out the green city design theory in specific regions,climate,reasonable ideas for the practical application of humanistic conditions.
