Research On Green Micro-renewal Strategy Of Residential Historic District In Beijing Old City Based On Community Construction

With the development of urbanization,the urban development of Beijing has gradually shifted from large-scale expansion to inventory land use,and small-scale,gradual,differentiated and refined micro-renewal has become the main mode of urban renewal.The street texture and landscape of residential historic districts in the old city of Beijing are the product of the history and culture in the process of urban development,and also the place of the collective memory of the society.The public space in the block is the main place for residents to communicate in their daily life.The quality of its construction has a direct impact on residents' behaviors and activities and the vitality of the block.In the past,the public space of the block was more focused on meeting the basic functional requirements,but its historical context and humanistic characteristics gradually disappeared,which separated it from the residents' growing demands for life.The general planning of Beijing(2016-2035)"made in: by carefully planning and design and protection,coordination of urban landscapes,Beijing,with comfortable and neat streets,pure and fresh happy person of green open space and beautiful and clear rivers,shaping hand in photograph reflect traditional culture and modern civilization of the city characteristics,build a pleasant and beautiful city.This article attempts to Beijing old city historical living street blocks small in the nature of public green space for exploratory research,trying to effectively promote the public space in the form of green micro update build and improve neighborhood environment,create and adapt to the urban development and the old city historical context corresponds to the space and texture,the smell of old Beijing clean and comfortable public space.Based on relevant literature reading and field research,this paper first analyzes the development and evolution of green space in residential historic districts of Beijing old city and its current situation.Secondly,it classifies the green space in residential historical blocks,extracts the features of green space in residential historical blocks,and summarizes the existing problems.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,based on the perspective of community building,strategies for green micro-renewal of residential historic districts in Beijing's old city are proposed.
