Professional management of relay protection includes setting calculation and value management,technical management,operation management,installation management,field work management and technical supervision management of protection device.With the rapid development of power grid construction in China,the data volume of relay protection device increases sharply,and the asset investment of the device is huge.The management of a large number of relay protection devices is related to the enterprise's return on investment and the effective operation of the device.This paper through the study of business process reengineering theory,based on the physical platform based on Internet of things technology,aimed at the current problems existing in the management process of T company,will be the combination of mechanical and electrical protection device two parts of the main line of business process reengineering relay protection,the realization of relay protection business involves many aspects effective cohesion and cooperate with the professional work.Based on this,this paper studies the basic theory of business process reengineering and the Internet of things,according to the relay protection of T company specialized from the device management and operation maintenance and management of two main line,combing out the existing problems in the current relay protection business process,and then clear the formulation of process reengineering scheme,is proposed based on the physical implementation of the Internet of things platform construction scheme,established the concrete implementation plan of the relay protection management process reengineering,and the effect were evaluated.Through the implementation of relay protection business process reengineering,Company T has preliminarily established the relay protection operation and maintenance management technical specification and management standard system based on Internet of things technology.It improves the lean level of relay protection management,and improves the safety,quality and efficiency of field operation and maintenance of relay protection.
