| Urban and rural public transportation undertakes the main task of urban and rural passenger transportation,and promotes the exchange and integration of urban and rural economy and culture.However,with the popularization of motorized travel,problems such as insufficient competitiveness of urban and rural public transport and contradiction between supply and demand have become increasingly prominent;fast operation of small items is the solution to the “last mile” problem of rural logistics and distribution.Development in urban and rural areas has been stagnant for reasons such as "less".Therefore,the Ministry of Transport’s "Work Plan for Promoting the Integrated Development of Rural Passengers,Freight and Mail in 2021" proposes to build a new model of rural transport service development featuring "one point,multiple functions;one network,multiple functions;intensive functions;and convenience and efficiency",which will provide an important The development of Piece Express provides new solutions.Based on the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper focuses on the development status of urban and rural public transportation passenger transportation and small-item express transportation,and conducts research on the operation mode and scheduling optimization of urban and rural public transportation "passenger + small-item express transportation",aiming to make full use of public transportation resources to solve the problem of urban and rural passenger and freight transportation.This article comprehensively uses the literature analysis method,the combination of investigation method and observation method,and the combination of theoretical research and case analysis to carry out research on the urban and rural public transport "passenger transportation + small-item express transportation".First,on the basis of the analysis of the supply and demand of urban and rural small-parcel express and passenger transportation,propose the urban and rural bus "passenger + small-item express" operation mode,and demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of small-parcel express carrying urban and rural buses;secondly,based on questionnaire surveys and on-site investigations.Analyze the characteristics and existing problems of urban and rural bus operation,passenger flow,and small-item express transportation.The Fisher ordered clustering algorithm is introduced,and the bus operation period is divided into passenger flow period and passenger and cargo flow period with the help of Matlab simulation software.Finally,based on the multi-objective optimization theory,taking the departure interval and vehicle type as the model input,the shortest passenger travel time,the lowest transportation cost of urban and rural express companies,and the largest urban and rural public transportation revenue as the model output,the urban and rural public transportation "passenger + small-item express" dispatching optimization model is established.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II is improved from the congestion distance formula and the elite retention strategy to improve the solving efficiency of the algorithm,and the improved algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective model.Taking the bus line in Huazhou District,Weinan City,Shaanxi Province as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and the algorithm are verified.The results show that the urban and rural bus "passenger + small-item express" dispatch optimization model in this paper is feasible.After optimization,the cost of passenger travel was reduced by 15.5%,the transportation cost of the express company was reduced by26.1%,and the revenue of the bus company increased by 74.03%,which truly realized the optimization of the interests of the "passenger-express company-bus company".The research results of the thesis provide a theoretical basis for the government and relevant departments to formulate urban and rural transportation and logistics policies.While improving the comprehensive attractiveness of urban and rural public transport,it also provides new development ideas for urban and rural logistics enterprises.This improves the complementarity and coordination of resources between rural and urban areas,and provides a reference for the shared transportation of passengers and goods by urban and rural public buses. |
