| With the increasingly fierce market competition in the construction industry,multi-project parallel management has become the normal project management faced by construction enterprises.In this kind of multi-project management environment,resource utilization among various projects has both sharing relationship and competition relationship,therefore,multi-project resource conflict is inevitable.How to optimize the allocation of resources for multi-project management,reasonably and effectively allocate all kinds of resources,so as to shorten the total project duration,reduce the total cost and achieve the goal of maximizing the overall income has become the core problem of multi-project management for construction enterprises.Based on the inductive carding about multi-project resource optimization configuration related research results at home and abroad,on the basis of many related project priorities and critical chain theory as the theoretical basis,the integrated use of literature analysis,investigation,analysis,specification analysis and empirical analysis and other research methods,to A construction enterprise multi-project resource optimal allocation problem is studied.First of all,the paper systematically analyzes the current situation of resource allocation of A company’s multi-project management,and analyzes the main problems and causes of the company’s multi-project resource optimization allocation,and clarifies the research background and optimization direction for the multi-project resource allocation of A construction enterprise.Second,for A construction enterprise multi-project priority evaluation,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct the dimensions including strategic dimension,finance dimension,stake holder and project implementation of the four dimensions and 12 indexes of evaluation index system of more than A company project priorities,prioritize,each project priorities in the multi-project management for the enterprise provides some references for the rational allocation of resources.Finally,based on many project prioritization of critical chain method is applied to multiple projects to optimize the allocation of resources and find A company each project progress through constraint theory resources bottlenecks,identify constraints resources,use technical analysis project’s critical path,critical chain setting buffer area,effective implementation project resource optimization configuration,alleviate resource conflicts.Studies have found that using multiple projects priority evaluation and critical chain method can alleviate A company construction project resource contention between the problem,effective control of the construction period,reduce the delays caused by the uncertainty,improve the company project resource allocation more efficient,more research multi-project resource allocation to construction industry has A certain reference and guidance significance. |
