With the development of China's construction engineering industry,the condiction of contracting construction projects at the same time is common.The traditional single-project management can not adapt to the multi-project management environment of modern construction enterprises any more.Therefore,the research of multi-project management is particularly important.The core and focus of enterprise multi-project management is resource allocation,that is,how to allocate various resources reasonably and effectively in the environment of multi-project management,so as to shorten the project cycle,reduce costs and improve the efficiency of enterprises.This paper reviews the research on multi-project priority evaluation and multi-project resource allocation by domestic and foreign scholars.Based on the specific background of current construction enterprises,this paper analyzes and studies the inadequacies of existing multi-project resource allocation,and proposes a multi-project priority evaluation.Resource allocation method,the article mainly from the multi-project priority evaluation and multi-project resource allocation two aspects,to explore the issue of multi-project resource allocation optimization.First,prioritize multiple projects and prioritize multiple projects.Determining the priority of a project is the starting point and foundation for the implementation of multi-project management.The priority theory can effectively integrate the strategic objectives of all projects of the enterprise and enable them to develop synergistically.The existing multi-project priority evaluation system is more biased towards qualitative evaluation indicators,and lacks quantitative research.This paper constructs a multi-project priority evaluation system for construction enterprises.Firstly,five dimensions are determined through literature analysis,expert interviews,AHP level analysis and other methods.Item priority evaluation elements,and build a complete multi-project priority evaluation index system for construction projects;Collect data through expert interviews and questionnaires,determine the weights of each index,use AHP analytic hierarchy process to confirm the weighted results of qualitative and quantitative combination,and use the TOPSIS method to score the items,and obtain the priority ranking of multiple projects.Secondly,the critical chain method is introduced into multi-project management.By establishing a multi-project evaluation model and applying the key chain method to optimize the project planning and resource allocation,the company deals with the problem of project resource conflict in multi-project environment.As a new project management technology,the critical chain can cut down the construction period effectively,resolve resource conflicts and reduce the uncertainty of project implementation,and solve the problem that resources are not effectively configured.By using the constraint theory to find the project bottleneck resources in the multi-project,the critical chain technology is used to analyze the project's progress management and resource allocation.Finally,the multi-project resource configuration and project schedule are solved by establishing a schedule model.The research of this paper has both certain theoretical value and practical significance.Its research value is mainly reflected in the following aspects:Through the priority evaluation theory,a multi-project priority evaluation index system for construction enterprises including single project level 'and multi-project level is established;Based on the prioritization of multi-projects,the key lines of multi-projects are determined,and the optimal allocation of resources is performed according to the key lines.The comprehensive and prioritized index system is logical.The prioritization of this paper not only considers the overall strategic dimension of multi-project but also considers the factors of the individual implementation dimension of the project,guarantees the win-win situation of the single project level and the enterprise strategic level,and passes the empirical test of the real case,which has practical significance.The main innovation of the research lies in the establishment of multi-project dimension index system,and establishes three indicators:resource relevance dimension,implementation association dimension and result association dimension.It breaks the previous strategy of establishing each indicator and multi-project dimension.The degree of relevance,while ignoring the barriers of the correlation dimension between multiple projects,makes the evaluation indicators more perfect.This study provides a systematic and comprehensive priority evaluation reference system for multi-project management of construction enterprises,solves the blindness problem of multi-project decision-making,and effectively shortens the project construction period through key chain management,and achieves optimal resource allocation.
