With the increasing demand of energy saving reconstruction projects,F energy-saving engineering company is faced with the problem of how to carry out an efficient multi-project management.Based on the study of present theories and the characteristics of energy saving projects, this dissertation focuses on how to resolve the conflicts between schedules and resources of each projects, shorten the duration of projects and optimize the allocation of resources.Analyze the feasibility of multi-project management of the F energy-saving engineering company.Based on the problems of disorder of projects, insufficient coordination and control ability and irrational allocation of resources,it is feasible to optimize the management method using multi-project management theories. In this dissertation, critical chain method is adopted.Ten potential projects of F energy-saving engineering company is analyzed using GE matrix.Priority evaluation of projects is carried out according to the main indicators, such as project interest and resource quality.Take the six projects as an example. The method of delivery penalty function is used to distinguish the priority of projects and guide the company's resource allocation under the condition of limited resources.Analyze the schedule coordination of projects P1 and P3 close to time.According to the process and the supply of resources, the project schedule is determined through the plan and buffer settings. For time limited project P2,the method of “peak shaving and valley filling” can be adopted to balance the demand of resources. For resource constrained projects P4 and P5,the staggered schedule is adopted to minimize the project duration.Through the analysis of schedule and resource, the solution of optimizing resource allocation in multi-project management of F energy-saving engineering company is given.
