In recent years,with the continuous increase in car ownership,the problem of insufficient supply of parking has become more prominent.At the same time,there are obvious peak and low-peak periods of the parking demand for buildings such as residential areas,and the vacancy rate of parking is relatively high during low-peak periods.And as an important means to solve the parking problem,the division of roadside parking has played a positive role on the one hand but also brought some negatives influences on the other.Therefore,this research is based on shared-parking of residential to balances the parking resources in the area,promote the utilization efficiency and economic benefits of existing parking resources and reduce the adverse effects of roadside parking.First of all,this article introduced the related concepts of roadside parking spaces.When vehicles are parked on the roadside,the impact of traffic flow and pedestrian safety is analyzed.And combining with the premise,mode,and implementation steps of shared parking,it demonstrated the theoretical feasibility of meeting the parking needs of on-street parking through shared parking.Secondly,the design plan investigated the vehicle parking data of the roadside parking points in the research area and analyzed the parking demand characteristics of the roadside parking points.It is found that the parking demand at the parking points is stable during the day;based on this,the time series ARMA(Auto Regressive Moving Average Model)model is established to predict the parking demand of roadside parking.After that,the article analyzed the characteristics of residential parking in the area and demonstrated the practical feasibility of shared parking in residential areas.It is proposed that when shared parking is implemented in residential areas,two modes of monthly rental and temporary rental shall be implemented.And a questionnaire survey is designed to investigate driver’s acceptance of the price of shared parking.According to the survey data,the Logit model is introduced to analyze the behavioral choices of drivers for temporary parking.The results show that factors such as parking rate and personal income will affect the driver’s parking behavior.And a function model is constructed to describe the driver’s acceptance of the monthly rental parking fee.And based on these two models,it is established a pricing model to meet the maximum parking demand as a target for temporary rental parking and a pricing model for monthly rental parking to maximize revenue.Finally,the article formulated the principles and steps for the tidal setting of roadside parking,determined the time window for the tidal setting of roadside parking,and implemented shared residential parking prices based on specific examples.On the basis of shared parking,this paper determines the time window for the tidal setting of roadside parking;formulates the charging prices of parking in residential areas that implement sharing,and proposes recommended prices of temporary rental parking and monthly rental parking.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide some new ideas for solving the problem of "difficult parking" and efficiently using the existing parking resources in the area.
