The process of urbanization intensifies the tension of urban land resources in China.After the large-scale and high speed construction wave,the university campus turns to pursue high quality.Based on the concept of sustainable development,the university campus gradually changes the extensive development and construction mode of low density and presents the trend of intensive development,and the university education building complex emerges at the historic moment.As a type of educational building complex,the teaching complex of colleges and universities differs greatly from the traditional teaching buildings of colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper takes university teaching complex as the research object,studies its specific design methods in response to the development trend of intensive university campus,and makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion in terms of design principles,design objectives,design strategies,etc.,in order to put forward enlightening thoughts for theoretical research in this field.This paper defines the concept of university teaching complex,that is,in colleges and universities,the teaching experiment and scientific research functions are given priority to,the collection of exhibition,office,conference and other related functions as one of the comprehensive building.The development process and characteristics of the university teaching complex are analyzed in detail,and the causes of its generation are studied in depth from the surface and depth.The design connotation of university teaching complex under the concept of intensive development is discussed from three aspects of environmental benefit,economic benefit and social benefit,which is embodied in the adaptability of external environment,high efficiency of functional organization and diversity of spatial forms.Through actual investigation and case study,the factors that influence the design,such as natural environment,historical context,campus scale and teachers’ and students’ needs,are summarized.Under the guidance of the principles of integrity,openness,sustainability and humanization,the design goals of adapting to the surrounding location environment,improving the efficiency of functional use,improving the efficiency of transportation organization and stimulating the vitality of communication space are put forward.Guided by design goals,this paper makes further comparative analysis and inductive deduction of typical cases related to college teaching complex under the intensive concept,and puts forward specific design strategies from four aspects: flexible adaptation of external environment,multiple and flexible function compound,three-dimensional and efficient traffic organization,and rich and diverse space construction.Finally,combined with the practice project of the teaching complex of Foshan Graduate School of Northeastern University,the operability and practical effectiveness of the design strategy and method are verified.It is expected to provide reference for the theoretical research and design practice of university teaching complex under the concept of intensive study. |
