Study On The Design Of Teaching Building In University Based On The Theory Of Tectonic

The development of Universities was stepping into a new era after the distribution of the“overall plan to promote world-class universities and the construction of first-class disciplines” by the State Council in the end of 2015.The demands of University Buildings will increase every year not only on the quantities but also on the qualities.Besides,colleges and universities shoulder the mission of cultivating talents for the society,which is the overall national interest.Objection has established as accurately grasp the value orientation of the construction of the University,so that the spirit,the culture and the historical context of the university last.According to the theory of tectonic,the construction is to realize the value of architecture and the expression of architectural emotion through the selection and application of building materials,the selection and design of structure,the construction and combination of space.There are many dimensions of the value attribute of university buildings,which is of theoretical value in the research of University Buildings.Explains the theoretical significance of the research on the University Teaching Building based on the theory of tectonic.Taking the theory of tectonic as a clue then paraphrase it,the first chapter extracting the problems from the background that the University Building faces,to construct the theory of interpretation,and put forward our country college teaching building problems from the background,introduces the theory of meaning tectonic based on theoretical research of college teaching building.In the second chapter,firstly,this paper expounds the influence of the theory of tectonic on the architectural design,and analyzes the value structure of the building.Then,combined with the characteristics of colleges and universities,he paper summarizes the value orientation of university teaching buildings.At the end of this chapter,summarizing the construction essential factors through the elaboration and the research summarizes the university teaching building value orientation,depending on each university different attribute,the scale,the school history and so on.The third chapter is based on the value orientation of University Teaching Building introduced in last two chapters,summarizing the design strategies separately on the selection and application of materials,the selection and design of structure,the construction and combination of space for the construction elements of the theory of tectonic.The fourth chapter is based on the practical design,combined with the Beijing Institute of education building renovation project;the last chapter summarizes the design elements of the various elements of the design practice to verify the demonstration.In the end,based on the analysis and summary of the various chapters of this paper,the author puts forward the exploration and Prospect of this paper.Finally,the author hopes that the research results can be used as reference and inspiration to the construction practice of university teaching building in the future.
