Research On Risk Analysis And Control Of The Preliminary Cost Of Hospital Construction Project

Hospital architecture differs from other civil building,have a special service crowd,multifarious functions,medical complex processes and process characteristics,and hospital projects itself also has its own characteristics,such as: management is difficult,demanding,influence,such as high cost and engineering change,leading to the hospital the early stage of the construction project cost risk,control difficulty is high and not easy to manage.In order to control the cost of hospital construction projects economically and reasonably,it is necessary to carry out effective management on the risk existing in the early stage,and provide reliable basis for the subsequent cost risk control,so as to achieve the cost risk management objectives.Therefore,the research content of this paper mainly includes the following points:1.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the early stage of the hospital construction project cost,this paper expounds the risk identification and risk measurement methods,on this basis,using WBS work breakdown structure decomposition of the early stage of the hospital construction project cost risk,combined with the questionnaire survey,expert interview,literature research,the related risk identification,form a list of key risks,and puts forward the risk avoidance,risk reduction,risk transfer,risk retention strategy,etc.2.Based on the monte carlo simulation method in the risk of cost measurement model,choose the triangular probability distribution,using the monte carlo method to risk cost simulation experiment was carried out,using Excel function computation to the hospital the monte carlo simulation to evaluate the early stage of the construction project cost,combined with practical engineering cases,demonstrates the practicability and feasibility of the model.3.In the early stage of the hospital construction project cost risk control strategy are discussed,based on the influencing factors of cost risk response in the early stage of the project,combined with the early stage of the hospital construction project cost risk factors,puts forward the systematic risk response methods,finally established aimed at the early stage of the hospital construction project cost risk control measures.
