Research On Municipal Construction Project Cost Risk Ma Nagement At Early Stage

Municipal construction projects with high investm ent,scale and complex construction environment,resulting in the early stages of the project cost is a big risk.Upfront cost of risk m ust be analyzed,a nd adopt policies to cont rol the risk.This is the prerequisite and guarantee to get a reasonable cost in the early stage,and can also provide strong evidence for late construc tion stage construction cost.This ar ticle researchs the cost risk contro l in the early stage on the bas e of the ch aracteristic of present municipal construction projects,such as the big upfront cost risk,lack of control and mismanagement.First of all,this paper points out the research background,the current statusand and the ex isting problems of municipal engineering project,and expounds the res earch meaning of the subject,illustrate the importance and urgency of the research,analyzes th e domestic and foreign res earch present situation of public project cost risk control,and the relevant theories are summarized;Second,summarized the characteristics of th e project cost in the early stage of municipal infrastructure construction projects.This pape r introduces the m ethods of risk identification and risk m easurement method,choose the use of WBS RBS method on the risk identification,using th e monte carlo m ethod to m easure risk;Third,choose the triangular probability distribution,use the m onte carlo method to carry out risk cost sim ulation experiment,and use the Excel func tion are applied to solve experiment,and then combined with the actual project for the use of the method is illustrated,and demonstrates the practicability and feasibility of the model.Fourth,it has carried on the discussion about the m unicipal engineering project prelim inary construction cost risk control strategy,introduced the main content of the upfront cost of risk control,and in this foundation,puts forward the risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk reduction,risk retention,and other control strategies and measures.
