Research On Household Adaptable Design For Three-Generation Families

With the development of social economy,the residential industry has developed significantly,and the living needs of residents are constantly changing.In recent years,under the background of increasing population aging,high housing prices and open second-child policy,the demand for multi-generational cohabitation has been increasing,while the diversity design and adaptive design of housing has become an important issue.Based on these phenomena,this paper will study the household adaptable design of three-generation families,hoping to provide some theoretical reference,promote the development of residential housing,improve the living standards of residents.Firstly,through literature research and case analysis,comb the development process of the research of household design for three generations families and household adaptive design at home and abroad,summarize the research experience.Through residential reality research,find the main contradictions of the household design for three generations families are: there is a great demand for the adaptive design of three-generation residential families,but the design problem of three-generation households limits the adaptability of households,which makes it difficult to meet the diversified and dynamic living needs of three-generation families.Secondly,taking the development of family life cycle as the research axis,divide the development of three-generation families into three core stages: "child-rearing stage","mature stage" and "old-age stage",and analyze the living demand of three-generation families at different stages.Based on the characteristics of the living needs of three-generation families,put forward that the household design of three-generation families should meet the adaptive design principles of "people-oriented","participatory","sustainable" and "cost-effective",and should meet the adaptive design points of "freely divided","disassembled","exchangeable","multi-functional","multi-directional" and " variable ".Finally,put forward the optimization strategy of three generations of household adaptation from the five aspects of "main structure","household combination","household pattern","separator",and "equipment pipeline".Based on the above research,carry out the virtual three-generation household adaptive design,summarizing and demonstrating the research results of this paper.At this point,draw the conclusion of this paper,solving the main contradictions of the household design for three generations families.
