| With the development of science and technology,weapons and equipment are also developing toward the direction of systematization.System contribution rate is used to measure the contribution of each equipment to the system,and also to evaluate the development priority of weapons and equipment.The calculation method of system contribution rate is a key problem in weapons and equipment system.At present,the research on the calculation method of system contribution rate is still in the early stage of development,and the relevant research data of system contribution rate calculation system is not rich enough.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the calculation method of system contribution rate and develop a system of system contribution rate calculation.The calculation method of system contribution rate should take into account not only the architecture of weapons and equipment,but also the dependence between weapons and equipment.The system is usually decomposed according to the structure of "missioncapability-equipment".However,in the architecture of "mission-capability-equipment",the addition and replacement of weapons may lead to unreasonable system contribution rate.Analytic network process(ANP)can represent the dependence between weapons and equipment,which requires the intervention of experts and has certain subjectivity.The traditional ANP uses a "1-9" scale,which results in a deviation from the experts’ wishes.If ANP is directly used to solve weapons and equipment system,inaccurate equipment weight may be obtained,which will affect the accuracy of system contribution rate.In order to solve the above problems,a "mission-capability-index" weapon architecture and a method of system contribution rate calculation based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ANP(IVIF-ANP)are proposed in this paper.This architecture can deal with the situation that the system contribution rate is not reasonable,and can represent the dependency relationship between weapons and equipment.IVIF-ANP uses the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number to make pairwise comparison between elements,which is more consistent with the experts’ wishes and the calculation results are more accurate.In order to support the work of system contribution rate calculation,this paper developed a system of system contribution rate calculation based on B/S architecture.Firstly,the business,functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system of system contribution rate calculation were analyzed.And then the system’s functions were designed and realized based on this,including user management module,equipment index management module,equipment system management module,system contribution rate calculation function.With a comprehensive test,the system can meet the design requirements,and calculate the system contribution rate conveniently. |
