The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,and its production value play an important role in the GDP.The higher contribution rate of construction industry conduces the regional construction industry and enhance the whole industry.It gives a sustainable,competitiveness and healthy development of construction industry.Because the gross output value of China's construction industry is an extensive growth,also called labor-intensive industry,and science and technology progress of the construction industry output growth promoting few effects,to enhance the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress is particularly important.In order to calculate the rate of relative contribution about science and technology,labor input and capital input,people use Cobb Douglas production function and Solow residual value law,and also employ the SPSS 19.0 using linear regression model.That is the traditional method.While in this thesis,the author takes 2002 to 2014 years' scientific date of construction industry in Shaanxi Province as example,and also takes more think of the traditional Cobb Douglas production function model.This paper analyzes the selected factors that corresponding to the output contribution rate,then find out the main factor that influences the contribution rate of construction industry.Last,the writer put forward some reasonable suggestions to advance science and technology and promote the regional construction industry output rate.This paper for the 2015 construction of science and technology plan in Shaanxi Province,Shaanxi Province,science and technology progress of the construction industry output contribution rate analysis of the fund project stage results.
