Research On The Design Of Assembly Decoration To Standard Room In Chain Hotels

The building assembly construction has made great achievements under the promotion of industrialization background.At the same time,assembly decoration has also started to develop in recent years.National and local governments have issued relevant documents and encouraged policies to promote the development and application of assembly decoration,Assembly decoration has become a very important part of the development process of assembly construction in China.Now the research on the application of assembly decoration is mostly focused on residential buildings,and less involved in the field of public buildings.Among public buildings,hotel room decoration chain has a high correlation with assembly decoration.First,the increasing degree of hotel chain provides a huge space for the development of assembly decoration;second,the various decoration needs of hotel chains match the characteristics of assembly decoration,third,with the continuous improvement of China’s economy and transportation level,people’s demand for travel living has increased significantly,in this market context,the advantages of assembly decoration will gradually come to the fore.due to the above two considerations,this paper selects assembly decoration as the research object,and limits the scope of research to the application of standard room space in chain hotels.Through literature collation and analysis,field research,interview analysis,etc.this paper analyzes the adaptability of assembly decoration’s application in the standard room of chain hotels,summarize the design points and the design strategies.The project is based on the current research related to assembly decoration,to improve the theoretical research about assembly decoration,and to try to summarize the basic design methods applicable to the standard room of chain hotels.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of the subject research and the research object,the scope of the research and the problem,the research content and the significance of the research,the review of relevant research,the research method and the framework;The second chapter sorts out the development of assembly decoration and chain hotels as well as summarizes the basics of standard rooms,summarizes the design ideas and theoretical knowledge in this field,and lays the foundation for subsequent research;Chapter 3 starts from the current situation of the application of assembly decoration in the standard rooms of chain hotels,analysis and summary of the relevant specifications,transformation of service providers and specific application scope.Then,the article Compares the various aspects of the application of assembly decoration and traditional decoration in the standard rooms of chain hotels,so as to explore how the assembly decoration system adapts to the standard rooms of chain hotels,and summarize the development significance and challenges faced by the application of assembly decoration;Chapters 4 and 5 are the main chapters of this paper,summarizing the design points and design strategies from five aspects: space level,interface system(partition wall,wall,floor,ceiling system),bathroom system,furniture system,and interior environment design.The fourth chapter first explains the impact of assembly-type decoration on the design concept,cost concept and management concept in the industry.Then,through basic research,the paper summarizes the basic design requirements of assembly decoration and standard rooms in chain hotels.Chapter 5 proposes the design principles based on the design requirements derived from the previous section,and then proposes the design strategies for standard rooms of chain hotels from five aspects respectively;Finally,This article summarizes and outlooks on the research.
