Research On Refined Decoration Project Management Take Beijing Marriott Hotel Decoration Engineering As An Example

Since the early1990s, China’s hotel industry started fine decoration, after20years ofrapid development, the current medium-sized cities across the country more and morefive-star hotel, with regard to the construction of five-star hotel it more and more. However,China ’s refined decoration project management generally are in the position ofsubcontractors, with little decoration as the general contractor for the project, so the currenttotal contract management refined decoration is not very mature, perfect. Currently refineddecoration turnkey management still in the exploratory stage of the study. Current stage isconstantly accumulating experience and self-improvement, and gradually narrow the gapwith the international project contracting manageable level gap.This paper selects Beijing Marriott Hotel decoration turnkey projects as an engineeringexample, combining theoretical knowledge through practical case method, the various stagesof the project analysis, optimization and management of the project implementation processand continuing to draw on experience the whole process of the project various factorsaffecting the comprehensive analysis and the whole process of finding a solution to explore.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Summarizes the current domestic and foreign outstanding decoration turnkey projectmanagement, analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various modes,the theoretical knowledge in project management, find a suitable for the actual situation ofChina’s current refined decoration project management model.(2)To Beijing Marriott Hotel renovation works fine as an example to introduce theproject management process is important and difficult lies, and general contractingmanagement model introduced under the project ’s advantage.(3) By studying the five stages during construction management, including the designstage management, tendering stage management, schedule control management, qualitycontrol management and cost control management.
