| Coal energy is a double-edged sword,which not only brings unprecedented achievements to the industry,but also greatly weakens the environmental carrying capacity.How to quickly realize the transformation of boiler coal to gas project is an important issue to alleviate the environmental pollution in Beijing.In recent years,the theoretical research of project schedule management has become more extensive,providing new research ideas and methods for the progress management and control of boiler coal-to-gas projects,in order to achieve the goal of completion of boiler coal-to-gas projects on schedule through effective coordination and utilization of resources.Taking the 803~#boiler coal-to-gas project as the research object,the key chain method was applied to the schedule planning and control,guided by the problems and constraints faced during the project transformation process,and combined with the project human resource constraints,the 803~#boiler-to-coal gas was formulated Schedule control plan,and put forward implementation measures and guarantee suggestions for schedule control.First,the status of the803~#boiler coal to gas project was analyzed,including the project overview,project characteristics,production stage and organizational structure,in order to fully understand the actual situation related to the project.Second,based on the problems existing in the boiler transformation project in the first phase of the transition period,the potential problems and constraints of the schedule management of the transformation were proposed to clarify the key points and difficulties of the project transformation.Third,decompose each process of the803~#boiler coal to gas project,sort out the time parameters and the order of each process,determine the key path of the project,and set the buffer of the key process of the project.Fourth,combining the organizational structure of the unit and the project process,identify the human resource constraints of the project,and readjust the links of human resource conflicts.On this basis,determine the final key chain.Fifth,in order to prevent the influence of uncontrollable factors on the key links of the project,the links of the key chain were finally re-set up to ensure that there was a certain amount of flexible time to deal with emergencies.Schedule control plan of boiler coal to gas project.Sixth,based on the above schedule control plan,combined with the actual situation of the company,put forward the implementation measures and guarantee suggestions to achieve the schedule management goal,to promote the smooth completion of the 803~#boiler coal to gas project,provide a reference for the same type of project progress planning and control as well. |
