Study On Community-building Strategy Of Qunantun In Fusui County Of Guangxi Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

As rural revitalization strategy become a major strategic layout of national level in recent years the state has staged a series of guide and promote the construction of rural development policy documents,and no.1 in the middle of the2018 "the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council about the opinions of the implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country in the comprehensive deployment.Different from the previous emphasis on new rural construction of hardware,this rural revitalization strategy emphasizes the comprehensive revitalization of hardware and software in facilities,economy,culture,organization and ecology.In this context,it is of great significance to study how residents of Qunan community in Fusui county build their homes by "bottom-up" community construction method,and how to take rural community construction as fulcrum to help power and boost the rural revitalization strategy.Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyzes the rural revitalization strategy,community construction concept and relevant definitions of community protection sites,collects the development process of community construction practice at home and abroad,and defines relevant research methods and contents.The second part is the theoretical construction.The chapter systematically studies the theories of rural revitalization strategies in the new era,such as urban-rural integrated development,rural revitalization and rural governance,as well as the relevant theories and technical paths of rural community protection.Through a systematic study of the above theories,combined with relevant cases at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Qunan village studied in this paper,the community protection path of "people","article","land","property" and "scene" was adopted.Then,the status quo of Qunan community protection site is analyzed,including insufficient community organization,insufficient protection of local knowledge and traditional culture,insufficient influence of natural education,insufficient power of ecological protection,insufficient sustainability and diversification of livelihood,backward community facilities,chaotic landscape environment and lack of public space.Finally,from the five aspects,the paper proposes relevant strategies for realizing the double promotion of white-head langur protection and community development,and forming a reproducible and popularizing Qunan model.
