With evolution of market and economic environmen t,enterprises,regardless of their scales,are undergoing big necessity for changes confronting challenge of times.The focus of management is motivation,which is crucial to the operation of an enterprise.The level of employees’ subjective consciousness of the full play of the subjective initiative,great influence on enterprise’s rise and fall.New incentive mechanisms have been put forward and have been adopted by enterprises in an aim to improve and boost enthusiasm from employees and to enhance enterprise’s per capita output value thus human resources can be fully applied and be of better use.Therefore,how to stimulate employees properly and motivate them more effectively is an unavoidable challenge that enterprises are currently facing.The key to the implementation of incentive mechanism lies in the proper use of incentives strategies.Based on reviews and research on the motivation and incentives mechanism status domestically and internationally,this paper,lists out some major existing problems concerning LEOGD company in terms of employee motivation.These problems involve lack of competitiveness in salary incentive,mere performance appraisal,single incentive means as well as low employee satisfaction.In analyzing reasons due to existing problems of LEOGD company,these reasons may come from neglecting employees’ needs in management;adhering to imperfect performance management system and ignoring fostering corporate culture-this paper tries to help lay a foundation for formulating future motivation strategies of LEOGD company.Based on the above problems and reasons,this paper tries to study the incentive strategy of LEOGD Company,mainly elaborating on the goals and ideas of employee incentive improvement,salary incentive improvement,the improvement of performance management,the diversification of incentives,etc.,will provide references and draw on the incentiv e strategies of LEOGD companies.Finally,in view of the LEOGD company incentive strategy,the implementation of the proposed establish scientific concept of incentive,provide resource guarantee,system guarantee,optimization of enterprise culture construction,to implement incentive training,to do a good job of tracking feedback incentive policy enforcement in six aspects,suc h as security measures,hope to use security measures to keep LEOGD company incentive policy enforcement better.Although this study is aimed at LEOGD company incentive strategy,but also provide reference for the similar enterprise implement staff incenti ve.
