With the development of the times,many enterprises pay more and more attention to Supply Chain Management,it can even be said that its management level has become one of the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and helps to reshape the new win-win cooperation ecology of supply chain.In 2019,the annual purchase amount of cabin materials of H Airlines is as high as nearly 1.8 billion yuan,and there are more than 200 supply chain partners.Therefore,the research on the improvement of the supply chain management is of great value,which not only affects the work efficiency and operating costs of H Airlines,but also has a direct impact on the operating benefit s of the cooperative units in the chain.In this paper,from the overall perspective of the supply chain,the essence of the supply chain management of cabin materials in H Airlines is studied and the improvement measures are formulated,which has practical reference value for the cabin material supply chain management of domestic civil aviation enterprises.At present,the cabin material supply chain management of H Airlines focuses on the internal operation of the enterprise,and its procurement is mainly through a centralized procurement bidding once a month,and the procurement demand is predicted by referring to the historical consumption.The inventory management method is also relatively traditional and simple.In addition,the civil aviation industry has relatively high standards for flight support,which leads to the high inventory.This common problem in H Airlines is incisively and vividly displayed.Through the analysis,it is not difficult to find that the marginal effect of the traditional procu rement management and inventory management methods for improving the current problems of H Airlines has been low,so this paper tries to find a new way to analyze and formulate improvement strategies from the overall perspective of the supply chain.Therefore,based on the theoretical research of supply chain management,this paper not only optimizes each link of H Airlines supply chain management with lean thinking,but also improves the supplier cooperation mode,and provides real-time information sharing to strategic partners through management information system,so as to ensure the real and efficient transmission of material consumption,inventory and demand information in the supply chain.Through the above measures and supporting safeguard measures,H Airlines can improve its own work efficiency and overall cost,and the economic benefits of H Airlines supply chain partners can be improved,to achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win between H Airlines and its partners.For China’s civil aviation enterprises,this paper can provide certain reference in the field of cabin materials’ supply chain management.
