| Nowadays,the phenomenon of heavy load and heavy traffic in our country is becoming more and more serious,and the traffic safety accident rate remains high.How to improve the safety of road skid resistance and reduce the rate of traffic accidents has always been the concern of the majority of scholars.With the continuous in-depth and development of anti-skid layer technology research,various forms of anti-skid layer problems have begun to emerge.According to the existing problems of the anti-skid layer,based on the cold construction technology and combining the advantages of single-size mineral aggregates in improving pavement structure and pavement performance,this paper proposes epoxy emulsified asphalt single-size mineral aggregate pavement technology,so that the road can obtain good anti-skid performance under the condition of meeting the requirements of use.Aiming at this technology,this paper conducts research on its raw material selection,mixture design,road performance,anti-skid performance and noise reduction performance.First,the raw materials of the mixture are tested and analyzed,Among them,the focus is on the related properties of water-based epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt,and the test results show that the incorporation of water-based epoxy resin has a great influence on the performance of the emulsified asphalt,especially the high temperature deformation resistance of emulsified asphalt has been greatly improved.Otherwise,a comparative analysis of the key indicators of five different aggregates shows that basalt has the best performance in all indicators.Secondly,based on the relevant test requirements of the slurry mixture,through the test analysis of the workability,initial strength and final strength of the single-size mineral aggregate emulsified asphalt mixture,the mineral powder content,the corresponding optimal oil-stone ratio and the waterborne epoxy resin content are determined.Finally,the volume method(CAVF method)is used to verify the relevant parameters.The results show that when the mineral powder content is 20% and the amount of water added to the mixture is 8%,the mixing effect of the slurry mixture is better,and the mixture structure with this mineral powder content is more reasonable,and the corresponding best oil-stone ratio is 6.4%~7.5%.When the waterborne epoxy resin content in the modified emulsified asphalt is 30%,the strength of the mixture is the best,and the results calculated by the volume method are consistent with the test results.After that,the water stability,waterproof performance and rutting resistance of single-size mineral aggregate emulsified asphalt mixture are analyzed and studied.It is found that the modification effect of water-based epoxy resin on emulsified asphalt is better than that of SBR and SBS,and the performance of the mixture prepared by its modified emulsified asphalt is the best.The cohesive performance of the mixture is analyzed through pullout test and shear test,and the tests show that the epoxy content has a greater impact on the cohesion performance,and the strength is the highest at 30% content,while the change in oil-stone ratio and the water immersion conditions have little effect.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of the anti-skid performance,the indoor accelerated wear equipment is used to conduct abrasion tests on three different kinds of anti-skid layer composite panels to analyze their anti-skid performance,and to research the influence of different aggregate types and mineral gradations on the anti-sliding attenuation law.At the same time,the noise reduction performance of three different kinds of anti-slip layers before and after abrasion is compared through the indoor tire rolling method.The results show that the anti-skid performance and noise reduction performance of the single-size mineral aggregate pavement are better than those of the micro-surface,and when the mineral material is selected from 3-5mm single-grain basalt and the mineral powder content is 20%,its anti-skid performance is the best. |
