| During the tunnel construction process,there have long been problems such as complex operating environment and large output of pollutants.Not only does it seriously endanger the physical and mental health of on-site workers,but it also affects the construction schedule.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the construction environment during the tunnel construction process to complete the analysis and prediction of environmental data is of great significance for guiding the tunnel construction and ensuring the safety of personnel.In this thesis,a tunnel construction environmental monitoring and analysis system is designed to solve the problems of single equipment function and untimely data analysis in traditional tunnel construction environmental monitoring.Among them,the monitoring system takes STM32 microprocessor as the core,including data acquisition module,alarm display module,and data transmission module.The monitoring data is automatically sent to the upper computer analysis system through the Zig Bee wireless network constructed by the CC2530 chip.The hardware driver is implemented separately by modular programming.The Zig Bee wireless transmission module driver design mainly realizes the communication between each node and the serial port communication between the coordinator node and the host computer.The microprocessor software design includes the system main program,sensor acquisition program,LCD display and alarm driver.In terms of the upper computer analysis system software,a number of data processing models have been established,and these models have been verified and applied to the upper computer system.First,according to the configuration of tunnel machinery,the output of pollutants was estimated,and the change curve of pollutant concentration under different ventilation conditions was fitted.Secondly,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a multi-factor index evaluation model are established to complete the real-time evaluation of the environmental quality of tunnel construction.Thirdly,a prediction model of tunnel construction environment was established,and the monitoring data were used as the prediction samples to predict the pollutant concentration and environmental grade of the tunnel respectively.Finally,according to the design requirements of the system,using C#language and SQL Server database technology to design the logical structure of tunnel construction environment analysis system data and each functional module in detail.Field tests at Bailuyuan Tunnel show that the monitoring system has normal functions and good data transmission stability.The analysis system has a friendly interface and can intuitively display the monitoring,evaluation and prediction results of the tunnel construction environment,which has good application value. |
