| In recent years,under the unified deployment of the State Grid Corporation,the research work of Local Installed Relay Protection has been actively and steadily promoted.The main characteristics of Local Installed Relay Protection device are digitalization of sampling,localization of protection,specialization of component protection network and information sharing.Therefore,compared with conventional protection device and intelligent protection device,it has obvious advantages.Nevertheless,at present,the theoretical research on on-site debugging content and debugging method system of Local Installed Relay Protection has not been followed up,which leads to blind areas in debugging system and insufficient scientific debugging method.Therefore,it is urgent to establish and optimize the system of Local Installed Relay Protection debugging process,debugging content and debugging method by scientific methods.Aiming at the whole debugging process and debugging content,this paper introduces the system testing idea in the field of software testing,and combines it with Local Installed Relay Protection and debugging environment,puts forward the concept of "system testing idea" of Local Installed Relay Protection,studies and establishes the system of Local Installed Relay Protection and debugging content and debugging process,and introduces black-box testing theory for debugging methods and specific debugging process.Based on the black-box testing theory,the field debugging method of capital construction and the standardized black-box testing process are proposed and studied.In the field of software testing,the complete testing process includes unit testing,integration testing,validation testing,system testing and acceptance testing.The specific testing contents are functional testing,performance testing,security testing,restorative testing and compatibility testing.In this paper,the idea of Local Installed Relay Protection system testing is put forward based on the environmental characteristics and specific debugging contents of Local Installed Relay Protection infrastructure debugging.Specific contents are as follows: Firstly,according to the whole debugging process,the field debugging of local protection is divided into three levels: single test,subsystem test and whole system test.Secondly,the basic functions of five key equipment,i.e.local line protection,building block type bus differential protection,distributed main transformer protection,local operation box and protection management unit,and the test model is abstractly established based on input and output information.Thirdly,the original debugging process and debugging content of the system test are integrated and applied to the specific application scenarios of three levels and five types of secondary equipment.A set of Local Installed Relay Protection system test system is analyzed and summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for clarifying the debugging content and debugging process.In the field of software testing,there are seven commonly used technical methods:equivalence class partition,boundary value analysis,error inference,causality diagram,decision table driven analysis,orthogonal experimental design and function diagram analysis.Aiming at the field debugging method of Local Installed Relay Protection,using appropriate black-box testing technology,the debugging methods and specific debugging processes of six types of functional testing contents are studied emphatically,namely,the debugging of protective device components,the functional testing of protection management unit,the compatibility testing of equipment in protective private network,the communication function testing of component protection ring network,the transmission test of protection group,and the simulation of negative before commissioning.Charge vector measurement test.For each type of functional testing,specific analysis and demonstration are carried out through typical cases,and a standardized black-box testing process is proposed.Finally,some test results cases based on Black-box testing theory are listed.The establishment of Local Installed Relay Protection field debugging process,debugging content and debugging method system has important guiding significance for future site debugging of infrastructure stations. |
