As the bearing market demand gradually diversifies into small and medium-sized batches,enterprises have become the key to improving production capacity in order to pursue overall efficiency and market competitiveness.As an important part of the production system,the layout of the workshop directly determines the quality of the product and the efficiency of the production.At the same time,the load-balanced production line helps to eliminate the efficiency loss and overproduction of unbalanced operations.Therefore,good layout design and balanced production line load are increasingly valued by enterprises.Based on the research ideas of "propose,analyze and solve problems",this paper combines the actual situation of ZWZ company,using SLP method and basic IE theory,and Taking the slewing bearing workshop as an example,the layout and balance problems are studied.The specific research contents are as follows:1?Read a large number of literatures to understand the current research status of production line layout and balance,analyze the theoretical methods used by each,and propose a method suitable for improving the layout and balance of the equipment of the slewing bearing production line.2?Analyze the existing design method of the workshop layout.According to the characteristics of the slewing bearing technology,the system layout setting(SLP)method is used to analyze the comprehensive relationship of the workshop equipment,and the position map of the working unit is obtained.Then,based on the actual situation of the workshop,a new workshop is established.The layout scheme achieves the goal of improving the logistics handling distance,shortening the processing waiting time and improving the production efficiency.3?According to the production line balance theory and the basic IE method,the production line balance evaluation indicators and improvement tools are proposed.Methodological research and time measurement methods are used to improve the balance of the production line,and a balance improvement plan is obtained to achieve the purpose of reducing bottlenecks,increasing the balance rate,and increasing production capacity.Through the use of relevant theoretical knowledge to study the layout and balance of the production line,the paper draws a new workshop layout plan and balance improvement plan,which can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference value for the bearing enterprise in the layout and balance research of the workshop.
