Research On Comprehensive Transportation Development Strategy Of Haidong City From The Perspective Of Urban Agglomeration

This paper takes Haidong city as an example to explore the comprehensive traffic development strategy of small and medium-sized cities under the perspective of city cluster based on regional integration,in order to supplement and improve the theory of city cluster development and provide some theoretical guidance for the development of Haidong city.This paper is based on the city cluster,regional integration,combined with the urban space and terrain characteristics of Haidong city,the socio-economic development of Haidong city and urban land use and layout of the status of the analysis,the current problems: from the city level,Haidong city and regional corridor structure between the accessibility is not high;air transport scale is low,drive the city development is not enough;railway transport is not connected to the national network,passenger and cargo transport is not high.Weak function;from the city level,one is the scattered external road links,the center is not strong;the second is the road traffic network depends on the layout of external transport facilities,different nature of traffic mixed,disorderly traffic,traffic inefficiency;third is the public transport system has not yet been established;fourth is the slow-moving system planning and construction speed is obviously backward,the overall thinking is not mature.In the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign literature review as well as drawing on the successful experience of foreign cities in the construction of integrated transportation system,the development of Haidong City for the region,city,city three strategies: portal strategy,center strategy,integration strategy;from innovation,openness,coordination,green,sharing five levels of integrated transportation development principles based on city clusters: put forward seven fine integrated transportation development strategy: building integrated transport Corridor,play the port city linkage advantage,promote the effectiveness of the railway system,optimize the road system network,improve the public transport system,encourage green low-carbon travel,strengthen the static traffic management;Finally,the development of six integrated transportation development guarantee mechanism:strengthen the mechanism innovation,strengthen the organization and leadership,strengthen the planning leadership,strengthen the elements of security,strengthen the supervision and assessment,strengthen the construction of human resources.
