| Structure is not only the skeleton of building space,but also the main body of bearing load.The choice of structural form not only affects the safety and economy of the building,but also directly affects the usability and aesthetic requirements of the building.The exploration of reasonable structure shape has always been an important topic in the field of structural engineering.For the famous classical structure,all of them embody the characteristics of function,beautiful shape and reasonable stress.Based on the method of extended-ESO,this paper further studies the topological form creation of planar structure.Finally,it is concluded that the method of plane structural morpholoissis based on parameter space.On the basis of the method of extended-ESO,the concept of parameter space is introduced to make topology optimization in two spaces.The finite element method is used to calculate the structure in real physical space.The objective mechanical quantities are mapped to the orthogonal parameter space.The contour of the target mechanical quantity is formed in the parameter space.Determine the process of eliminating the reference value to form a new structure mapping back to the physical space.At the same time,the original rectangular design domain is changed into a free boundary design domain.The isoline is formed in the parameter space,which makes the distribution of the target mechanical quantity more uniform.At the same time,the irregular boundary design domain can limit the structure to produce a more reasonable structure under the space constraints of the building requirements,making it more suitable for the requirements of architectural design.In this paper,the topology optimization of irregular boundary structures under typical loads and constraints is carried out by using the method of topological configuration creation of planar structures based on parametric coordinates and von Mises stress as the objective mechanical quantity.The evolution process and corresponding mechanical indexes of corresponding structures are summarized and analyzed.The structure obtained by this method has the advantages of low material consumption,high utilization,reasonable stress distribution and smooth boundary.According to the idea of creating topological form of planar structure,the feasibility of the whole method is verified and rationalitied by programming FORTRAN program. |
