| With the continuous improvement of the society,the focus of urban development in China is gradually shifting from economy to humanities.In this context,accessibility construction is increasingly being valued.However,due to the accessible environment in Chinese cities is still in its infancy and the concept of accessible design has not yet been paid attention to,travel vulnerable groups like people with mobility impairment have not yet fully enjoyed the benefits of social development.The provision of urban public services based on the principles of fairness and justice is the basis for ensuring that urban residents such as people with mobility impairment can smoothly participate in daily urban life.This article introduces the life circle theory that focuses on the fair allocation of urban public services.From the perspective of people with lower extremities,it explores the planning methods for building accessible cities by analyzing and summarizing the urban material environmental problems faced by people with mobility impairment in their daily travel.Under the framework of the theory of life circle,this article aims to explore the construction method of accessible life circle based on the perspective of people with mobility impairment.This article presents the current situation of the life circle by revealing the daily travel characteristics of people with mobility impairment,and explores the corresponding solutions.Based on the analysis of the theory of the life circle,this paper proposes a three-level analysis and research framework for the life circle of "basic-commuting-expansion".Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,we have a targeted understanding of the daily life of people with mobility impairment and revealed the overall temporal and spatial characteristics of the daily travel of them.After conducting a field investigation on the physical space environment in Shenzhen,based on the influence of internal and external factors on the daily travel of people with mobility impairment,the status quo of the living circle of them is summarized and explained graphically.Through the above research the goals and principles for the construction of a accessible living circle are proposed,and a three-level accessible living circle construction strategy is proposed from the two aspects of travel network construction and public service facility optimization.The corresponding guarantee strategy is proposed as well.This article provides feasible suggestions for the construction of accessible environment in Shenzhen,and is also a targeted supplement to the theory of living circles. |
