| Nowadays,the main problems in China’s living environment are concentrated in the mismatch between people’s everyday needs and supporting facilities.In the face of the changes in the main social contradictions pointed out in the report of the "19th National Congress",and in response to the development of the new era of residential form,China has proposed the concept of community living circle planning.According to the newly issued "Standard for urban residential area planning and design " in 2018,the community life circle replaced the traditional "residential area-community-group" planning structure.The construction of the core content for the residents of walking ability to scale,improve the configuration of supporting facilities,and encourage residential areas to propose adaptive optimization plans based on actual needs.The daily life of residents is closely related to daily supporting facilities,so it is of great significance to discuss the configuration of daily supporting facilities under the community living circle.Based on the concept of community living circle,this thesis selects the community living circle of three residential areas in Nanjing that are similar in construction period but with large location differences as the research scope,and daily supporting facilities are the research objects,trying to reveal the everyday supporting facilities of residential areas under the community living circle Suitability criteria for configuration.Firstly,through survey and interviews,this study screened out 14 types of supporting facilities that are closely related to residents’ everyday lives.Secondly,from the three aspects of facility use frequency,attenuation rule of facility travel time and diversity of facility use,this paper analyzes the characteristics of residents’ walking demand for these 14 types of everyday facilities,and takes them as the factor and weight of quantitative calculation.This study further analyzes the characteristics of the three community life circles and their residents’ behavioral needs of explores the commonalities and differences,so as to construct the configuration standard recommendations of 14 types of supporting facilities under the community living circle;Finally,the use of walkable calculation methods will be used to quantify the proposed configuration standards and the community living circle of the studied community,and based on the standard scores,optimize the daily supporting facilities in the three settlements.This thesis explores the "bottom-up" everyday supporting facilities configuration method,and also provides a quantitative evaluation and optimization method of the community living circle.The results of the study provide a reference for optimizing the facility allocation of the existing plots and studying the planning of the community living circle. |
